As our products are 3D printed, processing times may be slightly longer during busy periods or for made-to-order products.

You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been shipped.

We currently ship orders within Belgium.

Estimated delivery time after shipping is usually 1 to 3 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weekends, public holidays, busy periods, or delays from the delivery company.

Shipping costs are calculated and shown during checkout before payment.

Customers are responsible for entering the correct delivery address.

If an order is returned because the address was incorrect or incomplete, additional shipping costs may apply.
