Refund policy

You have the right to return your order within 14 calendar days after receiving it, without giving a reason.

To request a return, please contact us first at lioprinthub@gmail.com Do not send the product back before your return request has been approved.

The product must be:

• Unused and undamaged
• In its original condition
• In the original packaging, when possible

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the product was damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered.

After we receive and inspect your return, we will inform you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the payment will be refunded using the original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

Please check your order immediately after delivery. If your product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible and include clear photos.

Exceptions

Personalised or custom-made products cannot be returned unless they are damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered.
